We’ll review your credentials and experience. Sierra Health requires a valid RN license, 3 years RN experience, background check and a few other credentials, that we will work with you to obtain. We conduct interviews and verify competencies to ensure every nurse in our network meets high standards.

Once approved, you’ll begin onboarding, where you’ll learn our protocols, documentation standards, and workflows. You’ll also take part in shadowing and mentorship visits and receive training on our scheduling platform to ensure you feel confident and supported as you get started.

After onboarding, you’re ready to go! You’ll start receiving notifications of available infusion visits in your area (via our app or coordinator). You choose which visits to accept based on your availability. Perform the visit, care for the patient, and get paid promptly for your time.
